About Pagewren

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Pagewren is a baby memory book for iPhone. You add a photo or a few words, and the app lays them out as a page in your child’s book, with chapters by age and the milestones you mark. It came to the App Store in October 2026.

In short. No account, no ads and no social feed. Your photos and words stay on your iPhone, and in your own private iCloud if you turn on iCloud Sync with Pagewren Pro. The free version is a complete book, and your memories stay yours with or without Pro.

Why it exists

A baby book should not need design skills or a daily streak, and Pagewren asks for neither. Saving a moment takes about as long as sending a message, you can catch up on old photos in one go, and the book is there whenever you open it, even if you skipped a month.

Who makes it

Pagewren is made by go ka, an independent developer making small iPhone apps for everyday things, such as a countdown widget and an invoice maker. All of them are published under one App Store developer account, and the others are introduced on beforego.art.

What Pagewren will not do

  • Hold your memories hostage. Unlimited photo and text memories, milestones, widgets and a Classic PDF export are free. If Pro ends, your book returns to the Classic theme with every memory and photo intact.
  • Put your child online. There are no public profiles and no feed. Sharing is something you do yourself: a page as an image or the book as a PDF, sent through the iOS share sheet.
  • Collect what you write. Your book never reaches a server of ours. The app sends anonymous usage analytics that never include your child’s name, birthday, photos or anything you write, and Apple tells us when Pro is bought or renewed. The Privacy Policy explains both.
  • Print and ship books. Pagewren is a digital book. You can export a PDF and print it wherever you like.

How this site is written

What the app does comes from its App Store listing and from the app itself. Prices are not written here, because the App Store shows the current price for your country before you pay. The milestone cards on this site are keepsakes, not a checklist of what a baby should be doing at a certain age; for questions about your child’s health or development, talk to your pediatrician.
